I recently purchased 10 Vapes. How should I store them?

My basement temperature stays around 15–17°C year-round. Everything is stored there in a dark environment, and so far everything has been fine.

Keep It Cool (But Not Cold)

Ideal temperature: 60–77°F (15–25°C)

Avoid:

  • Direct sunlight (degrades e-liquid & battery)
  • Hot cars (can cause leaks or battery damage)

Don’t refrigerate—condensation can ruin the device

Store Upright When Possible

  • Keeps e-liquid from leaking
  • Prevents flooding of the coil
  • Especially important for pod systems and disposables

Keep It Clean & Dry

  • Wipe contacts with a dry cloth or cotton swab
  • Avoid humid areas (bathroom = bad idea)
  • Clean mouthpiece regularly

Battery Safety Matters

  • Don’t leave it charging overnight
  • Use the correct cable (usually Type-C)
  • Store away from metal objects (keys, coins)

Keep Away from Kids & Pets

  • Nicotine can be harmful if ingested
  • Use a drawer, case, or lockbox if needed
