Here’s a DIY minty ice vape juice recipe I’ve been using for a while. It’s a clean, cold mint with a touch of sweetness and a solid cooling kick. Made a 20ml batch at 5mg nicotine, 50/50 PG/VG. Works great for MTL or restricted DL.
Recipe (20ml total)
- Nicotine base (20mg, 50/50 PG/VG) – 5ml / 5.74g (25%)
- PG diluent – 6.2ml / 6.43g (31%)
- VG diluent – 7.5ml / 9.46g (37.5%)
- Cool mint (Capella) – 0.4ml / 0.4g (2%)
- WS-23 30% (TPA) – 0.2ml / 0.2g (1%)
- Cotton candy (10% EM / ethyl maltol, TPA) – 0.2ml / 0.2g (1%)
- Menthol (Capella) – 0.4ml / 0.4g (2%)
- Super sweet (Capella) – 0.1ml / 0.1g (0.5%)
Base totals (PG/VG + nic) – 18.7ml / 21.63g (93.5%)
Flavoring total – 1.3ml / 1.3g (6.5%)、
Full mix – 20ml / 22.93g (100%)
Final specs
- Nicotine strength: 5mg
- PG/VG ratio: 50/50
- Steep time: shake and vape – the cooling and mint are ready right away. Sweetness and body from EM develop a bit after a day or two.
One thing I like about this blend – the WS-23 gives you that icy throat hit without any minty taste on its own, while the Capella cool mint and menthol layer the actual mint flavor. Super sweet is just enough to round off the edges. EM adds a subtle smoothness, almost like a soft marshmallow finish. If you want less cooling, cut the WS-23 down to 0.1–0.15ml. Works fine at 0.2ml for me though – nice chill but not numbing.
