This is a simple, crisp apple blend with a cool menthol finish. Nothing fancy—just a solid all-day vape.
What you’ll need (makes 10ml final mix):
| Ingredient | ml | grams | % of total |
|---|---|---|---|
| 72mg nicotine base (100% VG) | 0.83 | 1.05 | 8.33% |
| PG | 1.0 | 1.04 | 10% |
| VG | 6.17 | 7.79 | 61.67% |
| Base total | 8.0 | 9.88 | 80% |
| TFA Apple | 1.6 | 1.66 | 16% |
| TFA Marshmallow | 0.1 | 0.10 | 1% |
| TFA Menthol | 0.3 | 0.31 | 3% |
| Total | 10.0 | 11.95 | 100% |
Quick facts:
- Final nicotine strength: 6 mg
- PG/VG ratio: 30 / 70
- Total flavoring: 20% (2ml / 2.07g)
A few real-world notes:
- That 16% TFA Apple might look high, but it works. TFA Apple isn’t the strongest concentrate—this percentage gives you a clean, slightly sweet green apple taste without turning into candy.
- Marshmallow (just 1%) smooths out the sharp edges. You won’t taste it directly, but it adds a soft mouthfeel.
- Menthol at 3% gives you a chill on the exhale, not a freezer blast. If you want more kick, bump it to 4–5%—just know it’ll start muting the apple.
- The nic is VG-based, so if you prefer a thinner mix, switch to a PG-based nic and adjust your PG/VG numbers accordingly.
Steep time? Shake well and vape. This one doesn’t need a steep—apple flavor and menthol play nice right away. After 2–3 days the apple settles down a bit, but it’s perfectly fine as a shake-and-vape.
One last thing: The original recipe calls for 0ml of water/vodka, so this is a straight PG/VG/nic/flavor mix. No thinning agents needed at 70% VG—it should wick fine in most sub-ohm tanks and RDAs.
Happy mixing.
