Blueberry Yogurt DIY Mix (30/70 PG/VG, 1.5mg Nic)
I’ve been playing around with yogurt vapes for a while, and this blueberry version finally clicked for me. It’s creamy, slightly tart, with a realistic wild blueberry note – no weird chemical aftertaste. Here’s the exact 50ml batch I’ve been steeping for the past month.
The breakdown (per 50ml total):
- 24mg nicotine base (100% VG) – 3.13 ml
That’s 3.95g, 6.25% of the mix. Lands right at 1.5 mg/ml final strength. - PG – 10.25 ml (10.62g, 20.5%)
- VG – 31.88 ml (40.26g, 63.75%)
Combined base: 45.25 ml (90.5%).
Final PG/VG ratio: 30/70 – thick enough for clouds but still wicks fine in most RTAs. - CAP Blueberry – 3 ml (3.11g, 6%)
This is the star. Not candy-like, just ripe and slightly jammy. - TFA Sweetener (Sucralose) – 0.75 ml (0.78g, 1.5%)
Barely there – lifts the fruit without killing your coils too fast. - FA Yogurt – 1 ml (1.04g, 2%)
The tang comes through nicely after a 10‑day steep. Fresh out of the shake it’s a bit flat, so be patient.
Total flavoring: 4.75 ml (4.93g) = 9.5% – light enough for an all‑day vape, but the blueberry still pops.
Mixing steps (quick & dirty):
- Tare your bottle on a scale. Add nic base, then VG, then PG.
- Toss in the three flavors. Cap, shake like crazy.
- Warm water bath for 10 minutes if you’re in a hurry, but honestly – let it sit in a dark cupboard for at least a week. The yogurt really settles around day 8‑10.
A few real‑world notes:
- The 100% VG nic makes the final liquid slightly thicker than a 30/70 with PG nic, but that’s fine. Just give it an extra shake before each refill.
- If you want more throat hit, swap the nic base for 50/50 or PG‑based – but then recalc your PG/VG ratio.
- I’ve tried subbing the TFA sweetener with CAP Super Sweet (half the amount works), but sucralose keeps the blueberry clear, not muddled.
Why this recipe works (for me):
FA Yogurt alone can be a bit sharp. The combination with CAP Blueberry’s sweetness rounds off the edges, and 1.5% sucralose is just enough to make it taste like a real blueberry yogurt cup – not candy, not sour milk.
Give it a shot, and let it steep. You’ll know it’s ready when the harshness disappears and you get that creamy, creamy berry exhale.
