I’ve been mixing this one for a while – crisp apple, a touch of marshmallow for body, and just enough menthol to keep things cool. No vodka or water needed, the base is nice and smooth as is.

Here’s what you’ll need (ml / g):
- 72 mg nicotine base (100% VG) – 0.83 ml / 1.05 g
- PG – 1 ml / 1.04 g
- VG – 6.17 ml / 7.79 g
- TFA Apple – 1.6 ml / 1.66 g
- TFA Marshmallow – 0.1 ml / 0.10 g
- TFA Menthol – 0.3 ml / 0.31 g
No added water, vodka, or alcohol – keeps the throat hit clean.
How to mix:
Throw everything into a bottle. Shake it like you mean it. If you can let it sit for a day or two, the apple comes forward a bit more, but the menthol is ready to go right away.
A note on the menthol: 0.3 ml gives a noticeable chill without turning into an ice bomb. If you want a lighter touch, drop it to 0.2 ml. The marshmallow is barely there – just smooths out the edges of the apple.
